We are now seeking an exceptional Meeting and Events Sales Executive to work with our talented team in delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
About the Role
As Meetings & Events Sales Executive, you will be part of the Sales Team, responsible for managing event enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed handover. With a focus on exceptional service and attention to detail, you will create tailored proposals, conduct site visits, and build strong relationships with clients. Working closely with operational teams, you will ensure every event is flawlessly planned and delivered, reflecting the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee the end-to-end coordination of meetings, and tailored events with impeccable attention to detail.
· Primary contact for clients, premium partners, and internal teams, ensuring flawless execution of events.
· Manage all logistics, including setups, catering, AV, and bespoke accommodation needs.
· Maintain precise schedules, checklists, and budgets to ensure seamless delivery.
· Collaborate with operational teams to action client briefs into refined event solutions.
· Ensure a smooth handover to the operational teams for exceptional on-the-day delivery.
· Handle contracts, invoicing, and event documentation with accuracy and discretion.
About You
· The ideal candidate will have a passion for high-end hospitality, with prior experience in a Event Sales role within a luxury hotel.
You will possess:
· Proven expertise in event sales and co-ordination.
· Strong organisation skills to inspire your clients and create exceptional event experiences.
· Excellent organisational and communication skills, with experience in hotel systems.
· A positive attitude, supporting team well-being and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
