We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team within the NEW OPENING BoTree Wellness Club, Triplebond, delivering high-quality and beautifully presented dishes that support a wellbeing-focused dining experience.
Salary: £33,280 per annum plus Service charge
Our Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing your section of the kitchen, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish served.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards
• Supporting the delivery of a wellbeing-led, nutritionally balanced menu
• Maintaining consistency, quality and attention to detail in all food preparation
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and health standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front of house teams
• Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising waste
We are looking for:
• Experience as a CDP or a strong Commis ready to step up, ideally within a luxury hotel, restaurant or members club
• Strong knowledge of seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques
• Interest in healthy, wellbeing-focused and nutritionally balanced cuisine
• High standards of organisation, cleanliness and attention to detail
• A proactive and positive approach to teamwork
• Relevant food safety qualifications
