We are seeking a Night Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team within the NEW OPENING BoTree Wellness Club, Triplebond, delivering high-quality and beautifully presented dishes that support a wellbeing-focused dining experience during overnight operations.

Salary: £33,280 per annum plus Service Charge

Our Night Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing your section of the kitchen during the night shift, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth preparation for both overnight service and the following day's operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting dishes to the highest standards during overnight service
  • Supporting the delivery of a wellbeing-led, nutritionally balanced menu
  • Assisting with food preparation and mise en place for the following day's service
  • Maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail in all food preparation
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front of house teams where required
  • Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
  • Ensuring the kitchen is clean, organised, and fully prepared for the morning team

We are looking for:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up, ideally within a luxury hotel, restaurant, or members' club
  • Previous experience working night shifts is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques
  • Interest in healthy, wellbeing-focused, and nutritionally balanced cuisine
  • High standards of organisation, cleanliness, and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and confidently during overnight shifts
  • A proactive and positive approach to teamwork
  • Relevant food safety qualifications
