The Chalk Freehouse, by Tom Kerridge has recently launched in the heart of Chelsea. The Chalk Freehouse is a new, sister pub to The Hand and Flowers, the only pub in the UK to have 2 Michelin stars, nestled just off the Kings Road and we are delighted to be recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.
The Chalk Freehouse commemorates the beauty of traditional British gastropub dining. Guests can enjoy drinks and snacks at the custom-built hardwood bar or relax in the terrace area, while the 60-cover dining room - including a 10-seater private room - offers a more formal dining.
We are looking for an exceptional Restaurant Manager with previous experience in a similar role, a natural leader, proven managerial skills, a good food and beverage knowledge and a real passion for providing each guest with the best service.
The Restaurant Manager will help oversee the restaurant, manage the team effectively and ensure that guest expectations are always exceeded with an emphasis on staff training & development, and guest satisfaction.
The Restaurant Manager must be flexible and able to work a variety of hours/shifts.
This is a new and exciting role for a tenacious Restaurant Manager with enthusiasm and commitment.
If you would like to be the Restaurant Manager and join our friendly team in Chelsea, please send us your CV.
