The Role
We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the talented kitchen team at The Coach Makers Arms, one of Marylebone’s most vibrant destinations. Known for its seasonally led menus, relaxed atmosphere, and stylish setting, The Coach Makers Arms is a much-loved part of the Cubitt House collection of boutique London pubs.
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take charge of your own section, working with passion and precision to deliver exceptional dishes that showcase British seasonal produce. You’ll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, supporting the smooth running of the kitchen while contributing to a positive, professional, and fun team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Run your own section, delivering consistently high-quality dishes.
Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain culinary excellence.
Prepare and cook seasonal, fresh ingredients to Cubitt House standards.
Uphold the highest kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
Support the team with prep, stock rotation, and smooth daily kitchen operations.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about fresh, seasonal British cooking.
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to adapt, learn, and take initiative in a busy kitchen environment.
Eligibility to work in the UK with proof of NI number.
