The Role

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at The Coach Makers Arms.

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service. You’ll help create memorable dining moments that reflect our philosophy: hospitality that is warm, attentive, and effortlessly refined.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
  • Oversee service flow, reservations, and guest relations to ensure an efficient and welcoming environment.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a positive and professional culture.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless collaboration between front and back of house.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Support business performance by monitoring service standards, team productivity, and guest satisfaction.
Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a quality hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, reservations management, and service standards.
  • A hands-on, adaptable approach with a genuine desire to learn and grow.
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK.
