You must drive hospitality and sales whilst engaging your team to be passionate, reliable, outgoing, universal and dutiful. Some previous experience as a Supervisor would be super-beneficial, especially in a busy environment with a diverse team.

What You Can Expect Your Responsibilities to Be...

• Support the management team in the running of a high-volume and fast-paced bar and restaurant
• Embody and possess a full understanding of our hospitality standards and key points of service
• Consistently deliver great hospitality with huge personality within the hospitality standards framework
• Actively support a busy front-of-house team and engage and communicate effectively with an equally busy back-of-house team
• Support in the development of front-of-house team members and deliver training where required
• Support in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members into your venue
• Be the face of positivity and motivate all team members to deliver their best selves at all times
• Participate in regular team and management meetings
• To abide by house rules and Company policies and procedures at all times
• Display a smart and professional appearance, always striving to represent your venue in a positive way
