What We’re Looking For

• You must be 18 or older (due to licensing laws)

• A confident communicator who enjoys working with people

• Organised, reliable, and able to make good decisions under pressure

• Basic knowledge of food, wine, and beer

• The right to work in the UK

• A flexible attitude — including weekends and holidays

Your Role

As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you’ll help create memorable guest experiences by:

• Welcoming and engaging with guests in the pub and restaurant

• Taking food and drink orders, and handling cash or card payments

• Serving hot and cold beverages (including alcohol)

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the restaurant

• Supporting the management team as needed

• Delivering excellent service from start to finish

• Balancing high volume with high quality

• Taking part in ongoing training and skill development

About You

You bring enthusiasm, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Whether you’ve worked in hospitality before or not, we hire based on potential and attitude, not just experience.
