• A natural people person and great communicator

• Confident, organised, and ready to make good decisions

• Some general food & drink knowledge

• Right to work in the UK

• Happy to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Greeting guests with the warmest welcome

• Taking orders, serving great food & drinks, and handling payments

• Making and serving hot & cold drinks (including the fun boozy ones!)

• Keeping the restaurant sparkling clean

• Supporting managers when needed

• Making every guest’s experience special from start to finish

• Delivering high quality even when it’s busy

• Getting stuck into training and learning new skills
