We are now seeking a confident, charismatic, and hands-on Bar Manager to lead the bar at The Grazing Goat, bringing warmth, precision, and exceptional drinks knowledge to this unique setting.

• Leading and motivating the front-of-house bar team with energy and professionalism

• Delivering an outstanding drinks experience, from local ales to crafted cocktails and premium wines

• Taking ownership of stock management, rotas, compliance, and supplier coordination

• Supporting the General Manager with daily operations and team development

• Helping shape the guest experience through events, seasonal menus, and exceptional service

• Proven experience in a bar leadership role within a premium pub, restaurant, or hotel

• A natural leader who thrives on great service and guest satisfaction

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and cellar management
