The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Waiter to join our team at The Grazing Goat. You will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys attentive, friendly, and efficient service, contributing to the relaxed yet refined dining experience we are known for.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional table service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued

• Maintain excellent product knowledge of our menu and drinks selection

• Support the floor team with service, set‑up, and maintaining cleanliness and standards

• Handle guest queries and feedback with professionalism and care

• Work collaboratively with the bar and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, pub, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential

• A positive, proactive, and team‑oriented attitude

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Passion for food, drink, and creating memorable guest experiences
