The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the front-of-house team at The Grazing Goat, our elegant Marylebone gastropub with boutique rooms. Known for its relaxed country-house charm, contemporary interiors, and menus that celebrate the best of seasonal British produce, The Grazing Goat offers a welcoming space for both locals and visitors to enjoy great food, drinks, and hospitality.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you’ll be the face of the pub, creating memorable experiences for our guests through warm, attentive service. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to deliver the highest standards while enjoying a lively, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional table service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Guide guests through the menu and drinks list, offering recommendations when needed.
• Ensure every guest feels welcomed, looked after, and valued.
• Work as part of a close-knit team to keep service smooth and efficient.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest care.
• Uphold Cubitt House values of genuine hospitality and quality.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or pub setting preferred.
• A passion for food, drink, and creating great guest experiences.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
