We have the most amazing opportunity for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team, to be a key member of the F&B Team, assisting the F&B Management Team in the supervision of all F&B areas, including the Dining Room and Bar, Drawing Room and Room Service. To ensure that all standards of operation are followed at all times and service expectations are exceeded.  

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing the standards of performance, ensuring all activities are completed and follow food safety, health and safety and hotel guidelines.
• Performing day-to-day activities ensuring exceptional guest care and exemplary guest experience.
  
• Assist the F&B Management Team with learning and development initiatives for team members.

What we would like you to bring:

• 2 years’ experience in a F&B role within a 4 or 5* luxury hotel environment.
• Good food knowledge.
• Excellent wine and spirits knowledge.
• Good customer service experience and skills.
• Highly motivated individual with initiative and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Experience in implementing sop’s in F&B.

What we offer:

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager your hours of work will be 40 per week, working to a flexible rota, with a 30-minute break included 5 days over 7 on a rota basis, covering various shifts, from breakfast to evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
