Food Runner

We are seeking a talented and passionate Food Runner to join Public House Group!

What you'll be doing as a Food Runner:

• Collect prepared food items from the kitchen and deliver them to the appropriate tables or designated areas promptly and accurately.
• Verify accuracy of orders, ensuring that all dishes match the corresponding table numbers or descriptions.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables before and after service, ensuring cleanliness and proper tableware arrangement.
• Collaborative teamwork: work closely with the team to provide friendly and professional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests and enquiries.

About you, our new Food Runner:

• Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
• Flexible approach to work.

Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable.
