We are seeking a talented and passionate Kitchen Porter to join Public House Group!

What you'll be doing as a Kitchen Porter:

  • Wash and put away pots, pans, crockery, glassware and kitchen equipment, keeping everything ready for service.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised kitchen, including floors, surfaces and storage areas.
  • Support the chefs with basic food preparation when required.
  • Receive deliveries and help put away and rotate stock correctly.
  • Manage waste and recycling in line with company procedures.
  • Follow all health, safety and food hygiene procedures in line with company and legal standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.

About you, our new Kitchen Porter:

  • Positive and friendly attitude as well as a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a high-end and high-volume establishment is preferable but not imperative.
