• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare ingredients for service including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and butchering meats
• Cook menu items alongside a skilled culinary team
• Follow directions from Executive and Sous Chefs
• Ensure food is prepared consistently, accurately, and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Properly stock and rotate inventory
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

• Previous experience as a HIGH-VOLUME Line Cook, Prep Cook, or Restaurant Cook
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Excellent attention to detail and execution
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Culinary school training preferred
• Experience with Italian cuisine is a plus
