Pastry Chef
Description
We are looking for a Pastry Chef to join our back of house team at The Cafe Richmond. As a Pastry Chef, previous kitchen experience is required. We will provide training, development and a chance to progress within the company.
You will:
• Be able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Be an excellent communicator, ensuring Commis Chefs are briefed, supervised and motivated
• Prepare, cook and present dishes, according to specification
• Assist other sections of the kitchen in the cleaning down, production and service of food
• Possess a thorough knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety
