Junior Sous Chef – The Ivy Collection
£34,000 Annual
48hrs week rota

As an Ivy Junior Sous Chef you will need:
Passion and personal drive,
A solid background from an established organisation as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie
Be able to deliver dishes that hit The Ivy’s standards, dishes that you can be proud of.
