We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loyalty & App Marketing Manager to join our fantastic marketing team and drive The Ivy Collection's success.

Purpose of the Role

The Loyalty & Rewards Manager will play a critical part in owning and managing our Rewards Program across our regional estate. This role will support brand and local marketing initiatives by driving the Loyalty & Rewards Strategy, the developments of the programme, and defining best practice guidance. 

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the broader business departments to manage the execution of the incentive program to drive consumer loyalty and support the company’s strategic objectives. You should have solid experience with app management and loyalty and be able to identify new opportunities to achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented company. You will be enthusiastic and proactive with their approach to help own this exciting project.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the member proposition app and build the strategy delivering mutually beneficial long-term relationships with consumers
  • Strategically drive growth and identify the loyalty feature set needs through insights from field research, usability studies, and surveys
  • Identify key customer audiences and opportunities to recruit new customers through the program
  • Drive increased purchase value, frequency and lifetime value across all of our sales channels
  • Inspire advocacy and drive consumer centricity
  • Ensure The Ivy delivers a best-in-class loyalty program that will increase customer retention, spend, and ROI
  • Develop the annual and seasonal loyalty marketing plans as an integral component of the planning process
  • Track key program deliverables and milestones and flag any delays or blockers.
  • Work closely with the broader internal teams and external digital agency
  • Complete weekly and monthly reporting and update key stakeholders

 

Background

  • Extensive experience in loyalty or other shopper facing marketing program
  • Deep knowledge of app best practice and working with an app previously
  • Excellent communication skills, you are articulate and can gain buy-in from, and managed relationships with multiples stakeholders across technology, marketing and operations
  • Commercial experience including understanding the impact of your work on key business metrics such as revenue generation, customer lifecycle retention, etc.
  • Exposure to Salesforce would be beneficial
