The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Marketing Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. This role involves market research, campaign management, content creation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Marketing Strategy & Execution: 

• Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives. 
• Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and traditional advertising. 
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms. 
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals. 

Market Research & Analysis: 

• Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities. 
• Analyse marketing performance data and customer insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. 
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key findings and actionable recommendations. 

Content Development & Social Media Management: 

• Assist in the creation of engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials. 
• Manage and monitor social media channels, responding to customer inquiries and engaging with the audience to enhance brand presence. 
• Work with designers and content creators to develop compelling visuals and messaging for marketing campaigns. 

Campaign Performance & Budget Management: 

• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns. 
• Assist in budget planning and ensure marketing activities remain cost-effective. 
• Identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions to optimize marketing ROI. 

Event Coordination & Public Relations: 

• Support the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and promotional activities. 
• Assist in public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and partnerships with influencers or industry experts. 
• Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
