We are looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant at The Ivy Collection! 

The Marketing Operations Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations campaigns and processes. This position supports the marketing team by managing day-to-day operations, optimizing workflows, maintaining marketing automation tools, and analysing campaign performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and tech-savvy, with a passion for marketing analytics and process optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in the execution and management of marketing campaigns, ensuring all elements are properly coordinated and delivered on time.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns.
  • Monitor and maintain marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and ensure campaigns are properly set up.
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in creating and optimizing landing pages, forms, and workflows to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to facilitate campaign execution.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various marketing channels.
  • Conduct regular audits of marketing data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for optimization.
  • Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, etc.) to provide insights and recommendations for improving marketing performance.
  • Support marketing attribution efforts by analysing lead sources, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.

Process Optimization & Technology Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of marketing automation systems and CRM integrations.
  • Help document and streamline marketing processes to improve team efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify areas where marketing tools and technologies can be better utilized to enhance productivity.
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues related to marketing software, tools, or integrations.

Budgeting & Administrative Support:

  • Support budget tracking for marketing initiatives, ensuring accurate cost allocation and expense monitoring.
  • Assist in vendor management, including processing invoices, managing contracts, and tracking deliverables.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing project materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing operations, digital marketing, or marketing support role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
