Job Description:
As a Sushi Sous Chef, you will be the backbone of our sushi operations, ensuring the seamless execution of service while leading and inspiring your team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain quality and drive efficiency in the kitchen.
You’ll work on a fast-paced sushi section, ensuring that every piece is crafted with precision, paying close attention to detail. This position requires an extensive understanding of sushi preparation, including fish cutting, rice preparation and ingredient handling, as well as having strong management and teaching skills.
