We currently have an exciting opportunity for a SPA Therapist to join our Health Club & SPA team.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic SPA Therapist, who has the ability to deliver 5* service at all times. It is essential to have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and great attention to detail. We are looking for someone who works well in a team and has excellent communication skills.

The main responsibilities of this SPA Therapist position are:
• Ensure effective liaison between spa therapists and spa receptionists.
• To be sincere about caring for people and get a real joy about making a difference to people's lives.
• As assigned and at all opportunities, assists guest directly and indirectly in order to resolve problems and provide them a delightful stay and experience in the hotel.
• Develop and maintain appropriate and quality relationships with the spa members and guests.
• To carefully assess the guest requirements; Respond to all guest requests in a courteous manner.

The ideal candidate for the SPA Therapist requires the following:
• Can-do attitude
• Decisive
• Welcoming and Approachable
• Highly organised

As a SPA Therapist, you will be working with a dedicated and passionate Health Club & SPA team and will report directly to the SPA Manager. You are expected to be passionate about your work and have the desire to progress your career in a leading five star hotel.
