A lively pub & kitchen tucked away on historic Drury Lane in the heart of London’s West End. Pouring classic lagers, craft beers, and a curated selection of wines and premium spirits, all served alongside a delicious, seasonal food menu.

The Role

• As Assistant Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business. 
• Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial understanding. 
• Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction.
• This role would also suit an aspiring Supervisor looking for their first Assistant Manager position as you will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow.

• Must have minimum 1 years’ experience as a manager depending on the property being looked at
