We are looking for a National Account Co-Ordinator to join our team, ideally from a Foodservice background but open to an array of backgrounds. You will be mainly responsible for supporting the National Account Management team in building and maintaining strong relationships with key Foodservice accounts.
As a National Account Co-Ordinator, you should be organised and willing to support the account management team achieve business objectives. We expect you to build relationships with customers as well as working collaboratively with internal key stakeholders.
The role will work closely with all functions within the business to ensure the smooth operating performance and achieving the required KPI’s and targets for each customer.
Working hours per week: 45 hours
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday with rotational Saturdays
Co-ordinator Job Responsibilities:
· Act as a support for the account management team and point of contact for customers
· Support with day to day service and forward view on service to maintain high levels of service
· Dealing with all key internal departments – operations, transport, procurement, supply chain & finance
· Track account performance for account management review
· Support in creation of reports on account – Internal & External
· Management of product set up, menu change management, forecast sharing for internal departments
· Support from Head of Foodservice & Account Manager with ongoing training and development
Key Objectives
· Daily reporting and service management
· Resolution of supply challenges both internally and externally
· System maintenance
· Management of product & menu change process
· On boarding of new customers
Key Measurements
· Internal & External reporting to agreed timelines
· Adhering to time lines for new products / menu launches and changes
· Stock level performance
· Service level performance
· Implementation of pricing schedules in line with internal and customer requirements
· Performance of identified initiatives to improve overall business performance
Role Requirements:
· A good level of competency on Excel
· Strong communication skills and friendly manner
· Methodical in approach
