The Menu Partners are looking for a highly skilled Warehouse Night Supervisor. If you are passionate about consistently providing high quality service then this is the role for you.

As a Warehouse Supervisor some of your responsibilities will include:

· Ensuring the facility and evening operational compliance to all relevant legal, technical accreditation and food legislation, including Health and Safety.

· To maintain efficient processes whilst exploring continuous improvements where beneficial.

· Take the lead in managing and motivating and directing the workforce through their daily roles.

· Oversee and ensure accurate and timely planning is done nightly, weekly and monthly.

· Report on the maintenance and servicing of equipment that minimises any down time.

· Investigate all customer complaints and resolve internally/externally as required with relevant managers.

· Oversee daily control of all aspects of site hygiene.

· Ensure staff are trained to commensurate with their work activity by arranging training as required in conjunction with relevant managers.

* Experience working as a Warehouse Manager for at least 1 year in a fresh food background

Shift pattern - 5/6 days out of 7
