We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Brighton team.

Job Purpose
To provide professional handling of a wide range of administrative and executive supported related tasks and be able to work independently with little or no supervision. To be exceptionally well organized, flexible and enjoy dealing with customer enquiries on a daily basis. The ability to work to within a fast-paced environment with the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
● Serve as one of the leading contacts for customer queries and questions
● Help organise general office staff’s priority with regards to customer phone calls.
● Build and maintain relationships with Customers and company personnel
● Support staff on Freshware to ensure phone, fax and e mail orders have been processed correctly
● To adhere to all company policies, rules and regulations
● Investigate customer queries by liaising with internal departments
● Liaise with internal departmental managers to help and maintain customer service levels
● To offer support to all general office staff with regards to customer information throughout the day and assist in delivering maximum customer satisfaction.
Primary Objectives
● To support office staff in answering phone calls in good time and prioritise customers before other work
● To support the Management team in the duties of the day to day running of the office.
● To assist in targeting areas within the business aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
The Role
24 hours per week
3 days per week (days to be decided)
Shift pattern: 3pm-11pm
