The Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the right products, in perfect condition, exactly when they need them. The shift will begin with order picking, where you will carefully select and pack products with accuracy and attention to detail. As the shift progresses, you will assist with putting away stock, ensuring items are stored safely, correctly, and efficiently to maintain the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Accuracy and efficiency are crucial in this role, as our customers rely on the quality and freshness of our products. You will be expected to work at a steady pace, handling a variety of goods, some of which may be heavy. This is a physically demanding role, requiring regular lifting, carrying, and movement throughout the shift. The ability to stay focused and work well under time constraints is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Order Picking – Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring products are correct and handled with care.
✅ Stock Replenishment – Assist with unloading deliveries and putting stock away in the correct locations to maintain efficiency.
✅ Quality Checks – Inspect products to ensure all goods meet high-quality standards before dispatch.
✅ Maintaining Warehouse Standards – Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
✅ Physical Work – Safely lift, carry, and move stock as required throughout the shift.
✅ Working Efficiently – Operate within set deadlines to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Previous experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role (preferred but not essential).
✔️ Ability to work night/early morning shifts reliably.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time constraints.
✔️ A good level of physical fitness – the role involves manual handling, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods.
✔️ A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Salary: £13 per hour
Hours: 2 AM – 10 AM (Full-time, 5 days per week including Saturdays)
