Overview of the Role

The Senior Account Manager at The Menu Partners is responsible for managing designated customer accounts, driving relationships, growth, and commercial success within this sector.

Collaborating closely with teams across the business, you will ensure seamless operations and meet KPIs and targets for each customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned customer accounts and build strong client relationships
  • Negotiate, agree, and extend customer contracts
  • Monitor and enhance commercial performance for individual customers and the “Consolidation” sector
  • Grow customer portfolios by expanding product ranges via internal TMP businesses and partners
  • Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency initiatives
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and provide feedback to management
  • Work with operations teams to maintain smooth service delivery and target achievement
  • Partner with procurement and inventory teams to ensure product availability and meet sales forecasts
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market developments, offering clients relevant solutions

Key Objectives

  • Improve commercial performance of customers and the Consolidation sector
  • Establish new contracts and renew existing agreements
  • Expand product ranges within the Consolidation customer base and transition products to TMP businesses/partners
  • Collaborate with Procurement to shift products from nominated to wholesale lines

Key Measurements

  • Financial performance at customer and sector levels
  • Product range penetration against overall customer basket
  • Contract status, duration, and risk exposure
  • Progress on strategic customer development plans
