The Menu Partners are looking for a dedicated and detail-driven Stock Controller to join our Operations team. In this key role, you’ll help ensure that our stock levels are always accurate and that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll take ownership of daily stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and work closely with our Operations and Procurement teams to make sure products are in the right place, at the right time, every time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out daily stock counts across the warehouse — primarily in Frozen areas, but also Chilled and Ambient where needed.
• Recording and analysing stock data using internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Identifying and investigating any stock discrepancies.
• Checking products in racking to ensure physical stock matches system records.
• Producing regular product date reports for Operations and Procurement teams.
• Working closely with the Operations team to prevent shortages and locate stock.
• Communicating any issues promptly to the Stock/Ops Manager for resolution.

**Shift Available : Monday-Friday 5am-2pm**

• Confident working with numbers and MS Excel
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
• Previous experience in a warehouse or stock control environment (preferred)
