About The Role

We are currently looking for a talented National Account Coordinator to join our team at TMP. As a National Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth management and growth of national accounts within our Menu Partners division.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Account Managers, clients, and internal teams to maintain strong relationships, coordinate project timelines, and ensure our clients receive the highest level of service.

Working hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Office-based

Key Responsibilities of the National Account Coordinator

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, providing excellent customer service and responding to inquiries.
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of projects related to The Menu Partners initiative, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and challenges, ensuring their requirements are effectively met.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Track key account metrics, prepare reports, and provide analysis to senior management on account performance and project progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments including transport and operations to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients, working collaboratively to resolve them in a timely manner.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Well organised, detail orientated person with a strong passion for exceptional customer service
  • Proven Experience in account coordination, project management -ideally within food service, hospitality or retail sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
