We are looking for a Freezer Forklift & Reach Truck Driver to join our team in Bicester. This is a physically active role in a freezer environment, so candidates must be comfortable working at low temperatures while handling stock safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks in both freezer and dry goods areas to move, store, and pick stock.
• Receive, unload, and store deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Accurately process paperwork and maintain stock records, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate stock movement to relevant departments, including urgent or priority items.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised freezer and warehouse environment.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory management, and occasional general warehouse tasks.
• Help manage waste and ensure all work areas are tidy and safe.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Valid forklift and reach truck certification, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience operating both.
• Experience working in a freezer or chilled environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Physically able to handle manual tasks in a cold environment.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable.
• Team player with a positive “can do” attitude.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
