Job Description:

At The Menu Partners, we are a rapidly expanding, diverse food group supplying premium products to restaurants, pubs, hotels, events, and private clients across the UK.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Warehouse Coordinator to join our busy warehouse operation. This is a key role responsible for coordinating night-shift warehouse activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely operations.

Working Hours:

• *Location: IRC Cucina, Trafford Park, Mosley Road M17 1PF*
• Sunday to Thursday
• 48 hours per week
• Start time: 8:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee night-shift warehouse operations
• Supervise warehouse colleagues to ensure productivity and compliance with procedures
• Carry out general warehouse duties
• Manage cross docking operations
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Ensure accurate use of WMS systems for stock movement and order processing
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and food safety compliance
• Support operational targets including picking accuracy, productivity, and service levels
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments

About You:

• Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within a warehouse environment
• Experience working in a multi-temperature warehouse
• Counterbalance FLT licence desirable
• Competent user of WMS systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively during night shifts in a fast-paced environment
