Are you a natural leader with a passion for hospitality? The Moat House is looking for a dynamic Deputy General Manager to help run the show!


Our Offer

  • Basic up to £34,000 per year plus tronc (that’s your card tips that are paid into your bank)

Role entails:

  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations

  • Lead and motivate a fast-paced, talented team

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and top-notch food & drink quality

  • Keep everything running smoothly from floor to cellar

What we look for:

  • Proven hospitality management experience

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • A hands-on, can-do attitude

The Moat House Inn in Alcester is a busy country pub full of character and charm, nestled in the heart of a warm, welcoming local community. It perfectly blends traditional pub coziness with a vibrant, lively atmosphere that keeps locals and visitors coming back!
