Creative Food Group is the leading hospitality team behind the award-winning restaurants by Nicholas Stefanelli. Established in 2014 by Chef Nicholas Stefanelli & Paul Jeon, Creative Food Group takes our guests through culinary experiences from the fine dining critically acclaimed Masseria to culinary collective Officina, and soon to the new luxury hotel The Morrow in Washington's vibrant Union Market neighborhood, a part of the DC Curio Collection by Hilton.

Required Qualifications: 

*Background in hospitality or fine-dining environment 

*Interpersonal skills 

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

*Ability to communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications: 

*Previous work experience serving in banquets and events

*Availability to work weekends and/or holidays 

*Bilingual/multilingual

*Maintain a positive and professional attitude with the team(s)

*Contribute to weekly staff education meetings  

*Strive to present the best products 

Key Responsibilities: 

*Setup and breakdown of all banquet and catering events

*Greet guests with a warm smile 

*Take orders and communicate with customers and kitchen staff about any special requests/allergies 

*Share any information about the menu and any questions the guests may have about the menu 

*Bring out food in a timely manner 

*Check up on guests 

*Communicate and work as a team player with other staff members

*Maintain cleanliness by clearing away appropriate dishes from guests tables

*Follow safety and sanitation standards 

*Provide ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner

*Maintain table cleanliness by removing courses as completed, replenish utensils, and refill glasses 

*Identify appropriate beverage pairings and answer food preparation questions

Physical Requirements: 

*Ability to stand and walk for long periods 

*Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
