Description

Creative Food Group is the leading hospitality team behind the award-winning restaurants by Nicholas Stefanelli. Established in 2014 by Chef Nicholas Stefanelli & Paul Jeon, Creative Food Group takes our guests through culinary experiences from the fine dining critically acclaimed Masseria to culinary collective Officina, and soon to the new luxury hotel The Morrow in Washington's vibrant Union Market neighborhood, a part of the DC Curio Collection by Hilton.

Required Qualifications:

*1 year of restaurant experience in a similar environment 

Preferred Qualifications:

*High School Diploma or equivalent 

What we expect from you

*Ability to act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Le Clou 

*Willingness to work and learn in a team environment 

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

*Strong communication skills

*Strive to present the best products 

Key Responsibilities:

*Assist front server with refilling guests’ glasses, getting food out in a timely manner

*Alert server about any information or changes relating to the guests

*Clear and reset tables as quickly as possible 

*Stock stations for silverware, glassware, napkins, share plates, placemats, and condiments 

*Pick up debris and clean spills 

*Taking and making known of guests’ special requests

*Removing any used plates/flatware

*Run food and beverages out to tables 

*Provide coffee, tea, and water service 

Physical Requirements:

*Ability to walk and stand for extended periods 

*Ability to lift up to 10 pounds 

*All employees are to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specifics will be provided)
