Lead Three Unique Bars in One of Chelsea’s Most Iconic Venues

The Orange isn’t just a pub – it’s a Chelsea landmark.
A stunning neighbourhood favourite with a boutique hotel upstairs, seasonal dining rooms, and not one… but three distinctive bars:

• The Blood Orange Bar – our intimate, candlelit basement cocktail hideaway for perfectly balanced drinks and late-night conversations. With brand takeovers, DJ nights and private events, this space is versatile and stylish, offering a dedicated drinks list separate from the rest of the building.

• The Ground Floor Bar – the buzzing hub of The Orange, serving locals and visitors from morning until late.

• The First Floor Dispense Bar – the hidden service station keeping our elegant first floor flowing with wine, cocktails and fizz.

Part of the Cubitt House collection of eight boutique London pubs, The Orange blends the best of both worlds – premium hospitality, seasonal menus and crafted cocktails with the camaraderie and pace of a great city pub.

We’re looking for a Bars Manager who can work both sides of the bar world – someone equally confident stirring a Martini with precision or pulling perfect pints for a thirsty crowd. You’ll thrive on running multiple bar concepts under one roof, leading from the front, and building a team that shares your passion for great drinks and great people.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing all three bars – from cellar management and stock control to guest experience and team leadership.

• Inspiring and motivating the team to deliver warm, confident service in every setting.

• Creating and championing seasonal cocktails and premium drink offerings across multiple menus.

• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness, compliance and attention to detail.

• Working with the GM and FOH leaders to ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

What We’re Looking For

• An experienced Bars Manager with proven success running multiple bars or concepts in one venue.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and premium spirits – with equal love for a busy pint-pulling shift.

• A hands-on leader who thrives in high-energy environments and stays calm under pressure.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
