We are proud to launch the Cubitt House Scholarship Programme, a two-year apprenticeship designed for ambitious, passionate individuals who want to build a holistic career in hospitality.

This is not just an apprenticeship. It’s a journey through every department in our business, offering hands-on experience, professional training, and leadership development. By the end of the programme, you’ll be a well-rounded hospitality professional with the skills and confidence to take on leadership roles within Cubitt House and beyond.

Over two years, you’ll rotate across 10 departments, gaining a 360° view of how a leading hospitality group operates:

• Front of House & Back of House – customer service, hosting, table and bar management.

• Kitchen & Beverage – food preparation, cooking techniques, wine and cocktail training (including WSET certification).

• Events & Catering – planning, logistics, and execution of bespoke events.

• Human Resources – recruitment, onboarding, people development.

• Marketing & Finance – digital marketing, branding, budgeting, and payroll support.

• IT & Systems & Property Management – operational support, compliance, and facilities management.

In your second year, you’ll:

• Specialise in the department that inspires you most.

• Take on leadership and project management responsibilities.

• Lead a cross-departmental project.

• Receive career counselling and job placement support within Cubitt House.

• Comprehensive industry training across every discipline.

• Professional certifications and specialist workshops.

• Mentorship from experienced leaders across our group.

• Leadership and project management skills to future-proof your career.

• A pathway to permanent employment with Cubitt House.
