The Role

We’re looking for a Breakfast Chef de Partie to join the team at The Orange, our beautifully restored Belgravia pub, hotel, and dining destination known for its warm charm, elegant interiors, and thoughtfully crafted British menus.

As a Breakfast Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of the breakfast section, delivering exceptional dishes with precision, consistency, and pride. You’ll support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in ensuring a smooth morning service, preparing seasonal dishes using high-quality, responsibly sourced ingredients. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every guest begins their day with a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run the breakfast section with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail.

  • Cook with fresh, seasonal produce from trusted suppliers.

  • Support the Sous and Head Chef with prep, service, and quality control.

  • Maintain the highest food hygiene and safety standards.

  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and professional kitchen culture.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally with breakfast experience, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.

  • A passion for both classic and modern British food.

  • Great attention to detail, even during busy services.

  • A reliable, calm, and team-focused approach.

  • Ambition to learn, progress, and grow within Cubitt House.

  • Full eligibility to work in the UK.

  • Must be able to commit weekly to 7am-3pm Wednesday - Sunday.
