Your Responsibilities as a Kitchen Porter: 
Live and Breathe the RK Values
Maintain a high level of cleanliness across the kitchen
Understand all ingredients in each dish
Know all recipes and cooking methods for each dish
Ensure all relevant training training is completed
When required, prepare food for staff meals
