We are looking to expand our fantastic housekeeping team at Le Strange Arms, a perfectly suited role to those who prefer working in the mornings. At Chestnut, we strive to deliver a superb guest experience, from check in through to check out. Our housekeepers play a crucial role in ensuring this experience is met by looking after our beautiful rooms, making them clean and welcoming for our guests.

  • First Impressions: The cleanliness of our rooms and public areas creates a lasting first impression for guests, setting the tone for their entire experience.
  • Comfort and Safety: A tidy and well-maintained environment ensures guests feel comfortable and safe, encouraging them to return and recommend our gorgeous pubs
  • Positive Reviews: Cleanliness is one of the most frequently mentioned aspects in reviews. Your attention to detail helps us maintain high ratings and attract more guests.
  • Operational Efficiency: A well-organized housekeeping process contributes to the overall efficiency of our operations, allowing us to provide consistent and high-quality service.

We are looking for individuals who:

·       Have a great eye for detail and organisation

  • Will ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are impeccably clean and well-maintained.
  • Will report any maintenance issues and help maintain a safe, pleasant environment for guests.
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver outstanding service.
