WHO:
We need a Commis Chef who is passionate about cooking great food to our guests.
THEY SHOULD:
- Assist the team in running of the kitchen
- Be happy to train and develop around different sections of the kitchen
- Demonstrate passion and commitment
- Have the ability to work under pressure (with support)
- Be motivated and have a desire to progress
- Have some working kitchen/college experience
WHERE:
Situated in one of England's prettiest villages, The Slaughters Manor House is a beautiful 17th Century manor house, giving attentive service and with one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the Cotswolds.
With 4 AA red stars, and 3 AA rosettes, The Slaughters Manor House will give you the opportunity to work within a quality hotel in a picturesque location.
WE WANT TO DEVELOP OUR PEOPLE
We have created our own internal training and development pathways for almost every job role in the business. This means the development journey in the business is mapped out clearly in writing, which employees are given when they start work, so everyone knows what the next step on their journey is, and how to get there.
