WHO:
We need a Chef de Rang who’s great with people, loves to be in service and wants to develop their career further.
Pay up to £22,000 when including expected overtime pay for the role
THEY SHOULD:
- Be hands-on, and able to look after their section/ tables with minimal supervision
- Have good attention to detail, focusing on the guest experience
- Be knowledgeable about food and service
- Be personable and engaging, and great at customer service
- Have natural rapport and be able to strike up relationships with our guests
- Work well in a team and with the kitchen staff
- Be organised, motivated and passionate
WHERE:
Situated in one of England's prettiest villages, The Slaughters Manor House is a beautiful 17th Century manor house, giving attentive service and with one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the Cotswolds.
With 4 AA red stars, and 3 AA rosettes, The Slaughters Manor House will give you the opportunity to work within a quality hotel in a picturesque location.
We can offer both on and off-site staff accommodation, in order to help the newest members of our team re-locate, so you can settle into the local area in comfort.
