As a Sous Chef you will be composed, committed, and well organised.  You will also support your Head Chef and Senior Sous Chefs in leading, coaching and mentoring your team to deliver fantastic quality dishes at pace every time.

You will play a key role in the overall performance of the kitchen with a focus on ensuring all dishes are produced to the highest standard and to specification.
