As Head Waiter, you’ll be a key figure on the floor – leading by example, supporting the management team, and ensuring each guest receives a memorable, personal experience. You'll guide the front-of-house team in service excellence, pace, and product knowledge while embodying the Cubitt House ethos: Arrive Committed, Serve with Kindness.

• Deliver and uphold high standards of service throughout every shift

• Support and train junior team members to grow their skills and confidence

• Champion hospitality, anticipating guest needs and resolving any issues swiftly

• Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Contribute to creating a warm, upbeat and professional environment

• A natural host with strong communication and leadership skills

• Previous experience as a senior waiter or head waiter in a fast-paced, premium venue

• Impeccable attention to detail and a love for hospitality

• Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and modern British cuisine is a plus

• Someone with presence, poise, and positive energy
