• Lead by example during busy services, ensuring smooth floor operations

• Supervise and support junior waiters and runners

• Be a key point of contact for guests, ensuring every experience exceeds expectations

• Handle floor plans, pacing, and covers with confidence and precision

• Communicate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams

• Experience in a similar supervisory role in a premium hospitality setting

• Calm under pressure and confident in leading a team

• Professional, warm, and guest-focused

• Strong organisational skills and a love for detail
