The Role
We’re looking for a Bartender to join the team at The Thomas Cubitt, our flagship pub in the heart of Belgravia. With elegant brasserie-style dining rooms, timeless interiors, and a loyal local following, The Thomas Cubitt is one of London’s most iconic destinations for elevated British hospitality.
As Bartender, you’ll be at the heart of our bar operations—crafting exceptional drinks, delivering warm and attentive service, and creating memorable moments for every guest. You’ll bring passion, creativity, and energy to the role, while supporting your teammates and contributing to the unique Cubitt House atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and serve cocktails, wines, and beers to Cubitt House’s high standards.
Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests.
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times.
Share knowledge of drinks and recommendations confidently with guests.
Support team members and communicate effectively with floor and kitchen teams.
Contribute to training and development of junior team members.
Uphold Cubitt House standards of hospitality and presentation at every service.
Skills & Experience
Previous bartending experience within premium hospitality.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines.
A guest-focused, professional, and engaging approach.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Ability to stay calm and deliver under pressure.
Passion for hospitality, learning, and continuous development.
