The Win-Dow is bringing its famous smashburgers to Silver Lake, and we are looking for a few great people to join our team!

Do you have a relentlessly positive attitude? Do you go above and beyond to make sure your guests leave with a smile on their face? Do you LOVE BURGERS AND FRIES?! Then our Kitchen roles might just be for you!

In case you haven’t heard - The Win~Dow is a Los Angeles burger destination that brings old and new school together by offering delicious and affordable food for the whole community. This means fried chicken sandwiches, Grain Bowls, our famous cheeseburger and even its tough-to-tell-apart vegetarian cousin – the Beauty Burger.

Sound tasty? IT IS! We are currently looking for a Line Cooks to help us start building our Silver Lake team.

What we’re bringing to the table:

• A fun work environment where you can be yourself

What you’re putting down:

• 1-2 years of experience as a prep or line cook
• Strong leadership skills, problem-solving skills, communication, and time management ability
• A focus on the details, especially food quality, food safety and sanitation, and cleanliness
• An active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
• A flexible schedule - mornings, nights, weekends and holidays are required
