The Role

As a Bellhop, you will:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with the loading and unloading of luggage.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Offer assistance to guests with special needs or requests.
  • Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive guest experience.
  • Coordinate with the front desk and other staff to manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
  • Assist with the storage and retrieval of luggage for guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Uphold hotel policies and procedures, including security measures.

This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week over 5 days.
