Reporting to the Head of Events & Membership Director, you will play a key role in curating and delivering a diverse range of members' events. You will work closely with the membership, operations, and events teams to ensure each event is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed.

• Lead the planning and delivery of exclusive members’ events.
• Liaise with internal teams and external collaborators to ensure seamless event execution.
• Prepare and distribute detailed function sheets to operations teams at least two weeks in advance.
• Ensure all event details, including menus, table plans, and production requirements, are finalized in good time.
• Manage show rounds with potential collaborators and ensure all logistics are aligned.
• Maintain accurate event records in Tripleseat and keep the members' events tracker updated.
• Represent the membership team in function sheet meetings and provide key event updates.
• Oversee event setup and provide on-site support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Collect feedback post-event to continuously enhance the members’ experience.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
• Experience using MS Office, POS systems, and event management platforms (such as Tripleseat) is advantageous.
